Legacy Archive 2000-2012
A teacher of Art History in Italian high schools, and freelance journalist, Vincenzo Battista has been conducting studies and research on the history and landscape of Abruzzo's popular traditions since 1981, with a special attention on field research methodologies and photographic and audiovisual survey techniques. He collaborates with regional and national magazines and is a riter for the weekly column "Luoghi e Incontri" (Places and Encounters), Il Messaggero newspaper, L'Aquila edition.
Insegnante di Storia dell'Arte nel Liceo e giornalista pubblicista, dal 1981 Vincenzo Battista conduce studi e ricerche sulla storia e il paesaggio delle tradizioni popolari d'Abruzzo, con particolare riferimento alle metodologie di ricerca sul campo e alle tecniche di rilevazione fotografica e audiovisuale. Collabora con riviste regionali e nazionali, e conduce come editorialista la rubrica settimanale "Luoghi e Incontri" sul quotidiano Il Messaggero, redazione dell'Aquila.
